Columbus Park Crossing
The project consisted of the complete site development of a 100 acre site
for a new strip shopping mall. Also included in the project was the
building of a new four-lane thorough-fare approximately 1.5 miles in
length.
The completion of this project required working with numerous city and
state agencies. There were extensive change orders throughout the two-year
project which demanded critical path revisions constantly. By cooperating
with the General Contractor, we were able to finish the project on time
with a high quality site as the result.
